No, can't say that I've heard of that before.  Try googling it.  Might find some info that way.

hmm, i searched it, and it says, you will earn Online by clicking Ads. or Link,. so it called PTC(paid-to-click)

Have you looked at Adsense by Google.  You place their ads on your website.  You're given a small amount of money when visitors click the ads.
